Numerica Credit Union has promoted Neilan McPartland to assistant vice president of retail experience for Central Washington, and has hired Jennifer Walter as assistant vice president of retail experience and Marty Gonzales as assistant vice president of connections and organizational alignment. McPartland joined Numerica in 2013 and has worked as manager of the Pasco, Richland, Kennewick and Gage branches. Walter has 20 years of experience in finance and previously worked as vice president district manager at HomeStreet Bank in Spokane. Gonzales was previously CEO of Spokane Generation Alive.
Government
Idaho Department of Lands has designated division administrator of forestry and fire Craig Foss as the state forester. Working from the Coeur d’Alene office, Foss will oversee the forestry and fire management division and work with federal partners on forest restoration efforts. He is a member of the National Association of State Foresters.

Providence Health Care has named Daniel Getz chief medical officer of acute care. He is a doctor of osteopathic medicine with 13 years of experience as a practicing physician at Sacred Heart Medical Center’s emergency department. Getz received his medical degree and completed his emergency medicine residency at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.

North Idaho Family Group has appointed Greta Gissel as interim director. Shelly Zollman, director of the North Idaho Family Group since 2014, will continue to provide operations management. Gissel is the former director of North Idaho Centennial Trail Foundation and founder of Jingle Books.
Honors
Gonzaga University is the nation’s No. 9-ranked Peace Corps volunteer-producing institution among medium-size colleges and universities in 2020. Medium schools are defined as having 5,000 to 15,000 undergraduate students. There are currently 23 Gonzaga alumni volunteering in countries worldwide, an increase from 21 last year when Gonzaga ranked No. 15.
