Witherspoon Kelley has hired Maximillian Archer as a litigation attorney. He is a graduate of Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and will focus his practice primarily on civil litigation, real estate, business and corporate and health care law.

Washington State University’s Doctor of Nursing Practice program has been rated among the top 25 in the nation by U.S. News and World Report. It ranked 25th in the 2021 Best Graduate School Rankings. The program ranked 32nd in the 2020 list. Program scores are derived from a weighted average of 14 indicators, such as faculty credentials and acceptance rate.
