Spokane Home Builders Association announces 2020 Fall Festival of Homes People’s Choice winners

The Spokane Home Builders Association has announced its 2020 Fall Festival of Homes People’s Choice award winners.

The free virtual event featured 21 properties built by 16 Spokane homebuilders that incorporate state-of-the-art technology and new design trends, according to the association.

Each home was filmed using Matterport 3D technology that provided the public with virtual walk-throughs. Virtual attendees also learned about the property’s builder and were provided an opportunity to schedule private showings with social distancing guidelines in place.

Winners were selected in eight price categories:

Homes up to $300,000: Stonehill Builders, 24481 E. Pinnacle Court, Liberty Lake.

Homes up to $350,000: Markham Homes, 1519 E. First Ave., Deer Park.

Homes up to $450,000: Hayden Homes, 5402 N. Burns Road, Spokane Valley.

Homes up to $500,000: Luxury Homes, 18106 E. Selkirk Estates Road, Liberty Lake.

Homes up to $575,000: Divcon Inc., 629 N. Iron Court, Spokane.

Homes up to $600,000: Solid Ground Home Builders, 4718 W. Lowell Drive, Spokane.

Homes up to $700,000: Gordon Finch Homes, 8618 E. Ridgeline Lane, Spokane.

Homes more than $700,000: Kuntz Construction, address not provided, Indian Canyon.
