Prepared Childbirth Classes – Covers prenatal care, nutrition, stages of labor, pain management, breathing, Cesarean birth, post-delivery care, infant CPR, newborn care and lactation. Classes are 7-9 p.m. for the Wednesday sessions and 9 a.m.-1 p.m. for the Saturday classes. Classes run in six-week cycles or Saturday classes.
