NFL Football

A clash of NFC North rivals is in the offing tonight at Lambeau Field, where Aaron Rodgers and the defending division champion Green Bay Packers hope to pick up an easy win on their home turf against Jared Goff and the rebuilding Detroit Lions. With a reinforced offensive line protecting Rodgers, the Pack has their sights set on the Super Bowl appearance that eluded them last season. The Lions, meanwhile, are on a youth movement that could see them surprise a few teams in 2021. 5 p.m. on (ESPN)

‘The Neighborhood’

With sitcom veteran Meg DeLoatch taking over as showrunner behind the scenes and fresh talent in the writers room, this hit sitcom opens Season 4 with ‘‘Welcome to the Family,’’ which finds Dave (Max Greenfield) researching his family tree and discovering that he and Calvin (Cedric the Entertainer) are more than just neighbors. Meanwhile, Tina (Tichina Arnold) inadvertently stumbles onto a promising business idea as she tries to help expectant mom Gemma (Beth Behrs) deal with her morning sickness. (TV-PG) 8 p.m. on 2.1

‘Dancing With the Stars’

The dance competition series opens its milestone 30th season with Olympic gold-medal gymnast Suni Lee and pop star JoJo Siwa among the 15 contestants competing for the coveted mirror ball trophy. Other celebrity hoofers include actors Brian Austin Green, Melora Hardin and Martin Kove, reality TV stars Matt James (‘‘The Bachelor’’) and Kenya James (‘‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’’), Spice Girl Melanie C, and country singer Jimmie Allen. Len Goodman, Derek Hough, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli all return as judges, and Tyra Banks is back as host. (TV-PG) 8 p.m. on 4.1

‘The Voice’

The Emmy-winning reality competition series returns for Season 21, which includes some reshuffling among the judges. Grammy winner Ariana Grande claims her red chair, alongside returning veterans Kelly Clarkson, John Legend and Blake Shelton. Once the competition reaches the Battle Rounds stage, the coaches will roll out some true music industry heavyweights to prepare their artists. This season’s Battle Advisors include Jason Aldean for Team Kelly, Kristin Chenoweth for Team Ariana, Camila Cabello for Team Legend, and Dierks Bentley for Team Blake. (TV-PG) 8 p.m. on 6.1

‘NCIS’

Season 19 opens with ‘‘Blood in the Water,’’ which finds the NCIS team desperately trying to learn Gibbs’ (Mark Harmon) fate after they discover wreckage from the boat explosion at the climax of Season 18. Their investigation reveals that he had been tracking a serial killer with assistance from journalist Marcie Warren (Pam Dawber, returning in a guest role), who had written an expose on him. Sean Murray, Wilmer Valderrama, Brian Dietzen and Diona Reasonover also star; David McCallum appears in his recurring role. (TV-14) 9 p.m. on 2.1

‘The Big Leap’

Scott Foley (‘‘Scandal’’), Teri Polo (the ‘‘Meet the Parents’’ films) and Piper Perabo (‘‘Covert Affairs’’) are among the stars of this new dramedy about a group of down-on-their-luck characters who are hoping to change their fortunes as part of a reality dance show that features a modern re-imagining of ‘‘Swan Lake.’’ (Pretty sure this is what they call ‘‘high concept’’). The cast also includes newcomer Simone Recasner, Ser’Darius Blain (‘‘Charmed’’), Jon Rudnitsky (‘‘Catch-22’’), Mallory Jansen (‘‘Galavant’’) and Kevin Daniels (‘‘Modern Family’’). ‘Laetitia’

In this new episode, investigators catch a partial break in the case, but a highly troubling pathology report polarizes public opinion concerning the legal system. Under mounting pressure, Detective Touchais (Yannick Choirat) leans on the twins’ former social worker, Beatrice Prieur (Alix Poisson), for more information about their past. As the action shifts to 2005, Laetitia and Jessica (Marie Colomb, Sophie Breyer) meet the Patrons (Sam Karmann, Clotilde Mollet). (TV-MA) 9 p.m. on (HBO)

NCIS: Hawai’i

One of the most phenomenally successful TV franchises ever, ‘‘NCIS’’ expands its reach to the seductive shores of the Aloha State with this new procedural, which stars Vanessa Lachey as Jane Tennant, the first female Special Agent in Charge of NCIS Pearl Harbor. In a male-dominated system that has pushed back on Jane at every turn in her professional journey, she has thrived and risen through the ranks thanks to confidence and canny strategy. Yasmine Al-Bustami, Jason Antoon and Noah Mills also star. (TV14) 10 p.m. on 2.1Ordinary Joe On the night of his college graduation, Joe Kimbreau (James Wolk) finds himself faced with one of those momentous decisions that could change the course of his life. This life-affirming drama unfolds as three parallel narratives that diverge on that night, as Joe – or rather, three different versions of him – experiences the rest of his life resulting from that decision, with certain elements remaining identical, but others taking a different course. Natalie Martinez, Charlie Barnett, Elizabeth Lail, David Warshofsky and Teddy Sears co-star. (TV14) 10 p.m. on 6.1

Titans Season 1 climaxes with the finale ‘‘Dick Grayson,’’ which opens five years in the future, where Dick (Brenton Thwaites) is living happily with Dawn (Minka Kelly) and awaiting the birth of their second child. An unexpected visitor persuades Dick to return to Gotham City, where the city’s most famous resident vigilante is rumored to have suffered a breakdown. After a ghastly bloodbath ensues, the action shifts back to the present, as Rachel (Teagan Croft) discovers what is causing these visions of an apocalyptic future. (TVMA) 10 p.m. on (TNT)

Time100 For the second year in a row, ABC teams with Time magazine for a one-hour special that takes viewers behind the scenes of the process that goes into selecting Time’s highly anticipated list of people of note. The program provides an inside look at the pioneers, artists, leaders, icons, titans and innovators judged to deserve a spot on the coveted annual roster, with exclusive interviews, in-depth profiles, honorary tributes, marquee musical performances, and surprise appearances from previous honorees. (TVPG) 10:01 p.m. on 4.1

Ariana Grande will join the NBC series “The Voice” for its fall 2021 cycle alongside Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson and John Legend.
