The Spokane Police Department worked with Pui-Yan Lam and Rowena Pineda of the Asian Pacific Islander Coalition - Spokane Chapter on translating hate crime brochures in Spring 2020. A story in Friday’s paper about hate crime rates in Spokane misidentified the name of the collaborator.
