‘Superman & Lois’

After Clark’s (Tyler Hoechlin) visions intensify during heated arguments with both his sons (Jordan Elsass, Alex Garfin), Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) reaches out to her father, Ret. General Lane (Dylan Walsh), for help in “The Thing in the Mines,” a new episode directed by Gregory Smith (“Rookie Blue”). Meanwhile, Natalie (Tayler Buck) is dismayed to discover her father (WolŽ Parks) didn’t keep a promise he made to her, and Lana (Emmanuelle Chriqui) vents her own frustrations to Kyle (Erik Valdez). ‘Abbott Elementary’

In the new episode “Student Transfer,” Janine (Quinta Brunson) is shaken when she gets a negative teacher review, but her mood improves when a student is transferred from Melissa’s (Lisa Ann Walter) class into hers. All too soon, though, it becomes obvious the newcomer is surprisingly high maintenance. Elsewhere, Jacob (Chris Perfetti), who catches a lot of abuse from his students, has little luck striking up a friendship with Gregory (Tyler James Williams) until they bond over a way to turn the roasting to their advantage. ‘Naomi’

Naomi (Kaci Walfall) receives some much-needed guidance in how to control her powers from Dee (Alexander Wraith), even as she wrestles with more mundane teenage chores such as finishing her college application in the new episode “Zero to Sixty.” Elsewhere, Zumbado (Cranston Johnson) turns to an old friend for help in furthering his own plans. Barry Watson and Mary-Charles Jones also star. (TVPG) 9 p.m. on KSKN.

‘Our Kind of People’

As the date of the gala Illumination Ball looms, Angela and Leah (Yaya DaCosta, Nadine Ellis) team up to uncover the truth about what really happened in 1984 between Teddy (Joe Morton) and Eve, Angela’s mother, in the Season 1 finale, “Kiss It Up to God.” Morris Chestnut, Lance Gross and Alana Bright also star; Debbi Morgan and L. Scott Caldwell guest star. (TV14) 9 p.m. on Fox 28.

‘Fixer to Fabulous’

A widow wants more than anything to fulfill her late husband’s dream of turning their outdated home into a modern farmhouse in the new episode “Home Dreams Live On.” Happily, hosts Dave and Jenny use their inspiration and formidable skills to bring that dream to life with a design that even includes a basketball court for the kids and some fun personal touches that the family can enjoy. ‘I Am Jazz’

Jazz gets a much-needed boost from her surrogate big brother, Raymond, when he helps her prepare for the challenges, both academic and emotional, of attending Harvard in the new episode “Heating Up.” Meanwhile, Sander introduces Noah to his friends, but when the topic of dating a trans person comes up, things quickly get heated. Elsewhere, Dr. Gallagher has a proposition for Jazz. (TV14) 9 p.m. on TLC.

‘Beyond Oak Island’

This spinoff series continues its fourth season with “The 1715 Treasure Fleet Part 2,” which finds Matty Blake, research partner to brothers Rick and Marty Lagina, heading back to Florida’s famed Treasure Coast. Upon arrival, he teams up with professional treasure salvager John Brandon and his team as they begin a dive on the wreckage of the famed 1715 Spanish Treasure Fleet, which was lost to a hurricane off the Florida coast while en route from Cuba back to Spain.
