Marshall Mend Extends Personal Invitation
Marshall Mend, who helped found the successful Coeur d'Alene Chamber of Commerce in December 1981, extends a personal invitation to the community to attend a re-enactment of the first Upbeat Breakfast at 7 o'clock Tuesday morning at the Coeur d'Alene Resort.
