Spokane Valley police targeting aggressive drivers

The Spokane Valley Police Department has announced it is launching an emphasis patrol targeting aggressive drivers. The Aggresive Driver Enforcement Program will use "unmarked non-traditional law enforcement fleet vehicles" to find and fine aggresive drivers, according to a police press release.

Police say they responded to 2,198 calls reporting reckless drivers in the Spokane Valley City limits in 2011. So be warned, they're out there watching for bad driving behavior.

In case you were wondering, they define aggressive driving as two or more moving violations that is likely to endanger other persons or property or any single intentional violation that requires a defensive action by another driver.
