PREPS

The usual wide selection of things offered on our Prep Page. Next week the Prep Page disappears per se so we can present the All-Greater Spokane League pictures and lists and lists of all other area all-league teams. In Idaho, we swap the pages out to feature our All-North Idaho Football, Boys and Girls Soccer and Volleyball Teams.

Click the tab below for more.

FEATURE: Coeur d'Alene running back Zach Keiser only knows one speed, and the speedy back hopes to lead the Vikings to the Idaho 5A state championship on Friday. He's pictured above. Read here.

GREG LEE COLUMN: Kellen Clute of Mt. Spokane comes from a rich football/athletic family tree and he hopes to lead the Wildcats against undefeated Kamiakin on Saturday. Read here.

PLAYOFF FOOTBALL GLANCE: Click here to read about the six Washington quarterfinal games and Coeur d'Alene's state title game.

SOCCER FINAL FOUR: Click here to read Steve Bergum's story about the East Valley and Lakeside girls in the final four for state soccer.

FOOTBALL PREDICTIONS: I was back to my old self last week, going 5-1 to raise my overall mark to 49-17. Not bad for my first season of Pick 6. This week I expand to Pick 7 and include all the area quarterfinal games and Coeur d'Alene's state title game. Mt. Spokane will take issue with my pick, but the Wildcats are in tough against undefeated Kamiakin. See the picks here.
