Vandal women clinch 5th seed

Idaho got a key win for seeding purposes but Washington State couldn't close in Los Angeles and Eastern Washington can't find the touch. Our women's basketball roundup, read on.

Yinka Olurunnife is on the brink of another record after her double-double helped Idaho win at New Mexico State. The Vandals are headed to Louisiana Tech to close the regular season.

WSU gave USC all it could handle but couldn't hold on to the lead late. Now it's across town to face No. 9 UCLA.

Eastern Washington struggled to find the range and fell to Montana State. Next up is Senior Day and the Montana Grizzlies, who lost at Portland State. Meanwhile, Jim Meehan had a story on the eve of the WCC Tournament, which gets underway today, as Gonzaga waits to see who it might play.
