The Oregonian is already doing two-a-days (stories, that is) on Oregon State football. Apparently that means no-a-days for coverage of Portland State football (I'll keep checking, though) … Same thing in Sacramento (do people really care that much about the 49ers?) Closer to home, the Grizzlies are getting double-covered by the Missoulian. … The Billings Gazette ranks the top receivers in the Big Sky Conference, and one Eagle is included. … Montana State kicker Rory Perez is still haunted by a missed field goal last year against Eastern Washingon; here's the story from the Bozeman Daily Chronicle. … The San Luis Obispo paper has a nice feature on the Cal Polu defense.
