Shock trying to get back on track

Spokane Shock coach Andy Olson's pre-season checklist was for his team to be more disciplined, cut down penalties and trim turnovers. Those items went without checkmarks in a 68-49 loss to Arizona on March 23.

Those items are back on the agenda as the Shock, after a bye last week, prepare for San Jose, a key Pacific Division contest. Here's our weekly Shock notebook.

The two teams are expected to battle for the division title.
