The Pac-12 Networks is coming to WSU preseason practice

Mike Yam, Curtis Conway and Nigel Burton of the Pac-12 Networks will come to WSU's Aug. 21 practice and air a show at 6 p.m.

Burton's insight should be particularly interesting, since the former Portland State head coach coached against the Cougars last season. Here's more from the Pac-12.

Just a few links today:

-- Yesterday we looked at five Cougars that will be critical to WSU's success this year.

-- Bad news on the recruiting front as quarterback Ian Book has decided to play at Notre Dame.

-- Bruce Feldman rates WSU's nonconference schedule as the eighth easiest among FBS teams.

-- Athlon got Pac-12 coaches to talk about each other anonymously.

-- The Oregon student who sued the school after she was allegedly raped by basketball players has settled out of court.
