Morning links: Pac-12 basketball media day

Today the Pac-12 holds media day for its men's basketball teams. We'll have coverage right here on SportsLink.

Washington State coach Ernie Kent and junior forward Josh Hawkinson are in San Francisco and will be addressing the media during televised podium sessions. You can see the schedule here and you can watch a live stream of the proceedings here on SportsLink.

Yesterday the Pac-12 women held their Media Day and Percy Allen from the Seattle Times has a story about the WSU women.

Freshen up your WSU basketball knowledge with this article I wrote a couple weeks ago.

And don't miss all of our football coverage, such as the story I penned for today's paper about Luke Falk's faculty for facilitating clutch drives. I've also got my Pac-12 Picks for this week, a practice report, the transcript of yesterday's live chat, and post practice videos of Mike Leach and Alex Grinch. Oh, don't forget Falk and Gabe Marks were added to award watch lists yesterday.

Former USC coach Steve Sarkisian took to Twitter to communicate with fans for the first time since he was fired by USC. Oregon State coach Gary Andersen is already very familiar with WSU's quarterback.
