Subscription Terms of Service (as of January 1, 2018)

Yearly Bonus Days – Subscriptions for less than 7-day delivery will include delivery on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Continuous Subscription – This subscription is a continuous subscription. Delivery will continue until we are notified to stop. You can cancel at any time by calling Customer Service at (509) 747-4422. Subscribers will be notified of any changes in rates.

Email – Providing your email address is required to enable digital access and online access to manage your account. We respect your privacy. By providing your email address, you authorize The Spokesman-Review to send you information about your account, new offers and information, so that you can be among the first to receive them.

Online Access – All print and digital subscriptions now include unlimited online access. This includes access to spokesman.com, our apps, the e-Edition (a digital replica of the print edition) and mobile sites.

Premium Issues – All subscriptions may include up to 4 premium issues per year. For each premium issue, your account will be charged an additional $1.50 in the billing period when the section is published. This will result in shortening the length of the billing period. Upcoming Premium Issues are announced with ads in The Spokesman-Review.

Vacation Policy – During the first 14 days of a vacation hold, credit is not applied and does not extend the expiration date for the subscription. All vacation holds with a restart date allow the subscriber to retain unlimited digital access. Customers may also request a vacation pack which provides delivery of up to 14 days of papers on the day the subscription resumes from a vacation hold.
