Spokane County prosecutor about Savage's death

This April 3 press release announces that County Prosecutor Steve Tucker said he is closing the case on the death of Jo Ellen Savage after his office and the state Attorney General’s office concluded in separate reviews that there’s not enough evidence to prove “beyond a reasonable doubt” that the death was caused by criminal recklessness or criminal negligence.
