Final Order Northwest Health System

Final Order from the Washington State Department of Health’s pharmacy board, detailing the events that led the board to place a Spokane pharmacy, owned and operated by Northwest Health System, on probation for five years. State investigators determined the company disregarded demands from state regulators that its pharmacy quit repackaging and distributing drug samples.
