Police audit: List of expenditures

Detailed expenditures by the Spokane Police Department Special Investigations Unit were derived from public records that included purchases from 1991-94, and 1996-97. The entire 1995 file was missing. From 1998-August 2008, the information regarding the detailed items was provided by the Washington State Auditor's Office.
