Supreme Court: Library Internet filtering (Dissent)

Justice Tom Chambers wrote a dissent signed by Justices Richard Sanders and Debra Stephens. He says, in part, “Simply put, the State has no interest in protecting adults from constitutionally protected materials on the Internet."
