Proposed Spokane City Council letter to Mike Fagan on vaccines

The Spokane City Council is planning to vote on Thursday, February 12, 2015 to decide if it sends this letter to one of its members, Mike Fagan. Some council members want to remove him from the Spokane Regional Health District's governing board.
