Steam Plant stacks
This summer, workers from Hamon Custodis Inc. are cleaning the bricks and replacing mortar in the Steam Plant stacks. The men have a bird’s-eye view of downtown Spokane - the trains, the river, the traffic jams on Interstate 90. Spokane is watching them as well.
