Spokane's 2018 National Teacher of the Year Mandy Manning

It’s been quite a year for Mandy Manning – rewarding, exhausting and sometimes refreshing – even in the middle of a refugee camp in Serbia. Last year Manning was named the National Teacher of the Year.
