Boy Scout Chris Naccarato helps deliver baskets of donated items to Anna Odgen Hall women's shelter Wednesday. Naccarato, who has Down syndrome, collected donations outside Fred Meyer in Spokane Valley with the help of fellow Scouts. The effort will help Naccarato earn his Eagle badge.
