Melanie Kelly and Aaron Swinkels, of Spokane, went “out for a walk in the rain” Sunday and stopped at Chocolate Apothecary at the Flour Mill to have some chocolate and dry out over a game of mancala. “We’re going puddle jumping on the way back,” Swinkels said.
