Dandelions grow right through the sidewalk on 4th Street in Coeur d'Alene on Tuesday, May 19 2009. On the Tuesday, May 26 crews will start ripping out the pavement, curbs and sidewalks of a three-block chunk of Fourth Street north of downtown Coeur d'Alene.
