A gunman robbed the Wells Fargo Bank at 114 E. Appleway in Coeur d'Alene Friday about 6 p.m., then escaped on a bicycle. Anyone with information is asked to call Coeur d'Alene police at (208) 769-2320 or the FBI at (208) 664-5128. Investigators do not believe the robbery is related to a series of bank robberies in Spokane that have been attributed to a man who typically escapes on a bike.
