An Article 32 hearing, similar to a grand jury investigation, was held Monday, Sept. 27, 2010, inside a military court building at Joint Base Lewis-McChord to determine if there is enough evidence for a court martial for one of five 5th Stryker brigade soldiers accused of killing civilians for sport earlier this year in Afghanistan.
