Bob McCaslin, who spent 30 years in the state Senate, died today at 84. McCaslin in a photo taken on Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2010, while having coffee and conversation with fellow councilman Tom Towey, and concerned Spokane Valley citizens Jake Mauch and Bill Miller.
