The jetliner of former Bulgarian dictator Todor Zhivkov is submerged and turned into an underwater tourist attraction off the country's Black Sea coast in Varna, on Wednesday, May 25, 2011. The 48-meter (157-feet) body of Tupolev 154 will become an artificial reef aimed at attracting scuba divers.
