Man suffered diabetic episode: Police and fire rescue crews were on the scene after a man who reportedly suffered a diabetic reaction and was found dead Wednesday inside his burned car alongside a closed portion of East Seltice Way in Post Falls. Idaho State Police said the man left his job after having the reaction about 3:30 a.m. Later Wednesday morning, a passer-by spotted a car on fire. The man, who has not been identified, was westbound when he went through several coned-off areas in a construction zone then stopped just before Cedar Street. The vehicle then caught fire. The cause of the fire and crash were under investigation.
