Iconic backdrop: The Space Needle towers over the Glasshouse at the new Dale Chihuly Garden and Glass museum at the Seattle Center in this May 16 photo. Fifty years after the World’s Fair inserted the Space Needle into Seattle’s skyline, the city is celebrating that anniversary by offering an array of new things to see and do at Seattle Center, including the new art glass museum and a zip line.
