“It just breaks my heart to think that anybody could ever lay a hand on him,” says Coeur d’Alene’s Debbie Mott about Buddy, her adopted horse from SCRAPS. Mott and her husband, Dick, adopted the 10-year old sorrel gelding, who was found during a raid in July sharing a pen with a dead horse.
