OLYMPIA -- Rep. Timm Ormsby, D-Spokane, introduces the Sheena Henderson Bill for a vote in the House on Wednesday, April 8. It would require police to notify family members before returning a firearm that has been seized from someone for domestic violence or mental health issues. It passed unanimously.
