Kindergartner Josie Wangsgard’s paper hat falls around her ears during a classroom Super Bowl party Thursday at Spokane’s Jefferson Elementary School. Many of the children are fans of the Seattle Seahawks and made crafts to wear and use Sunday during the Super Bowl.
