Mike Gibson, who is blind, talks about a new voting machine he tried out at the Capitol on Friday. "It sounds funny, but it's a game controller," he said. "It's kind of something I'm familiar with and been around before." He added, "It's really easy to use." Gibson said the first time he voted 25 years ago, he had to have someone read the ballot and complete it for him. "It was that way until after the 2000 election," he said. Now, accessible devices allow him to vote on his own.
