Editorial correction

Sunday’s editorial inaccurately described the four prongs of the Worker Bill of Rights initiative. Only the first prong – a living wage – would apply to just Spokane businesses that have at least 150 employees. The second and fourth prongs would apply to all employers. The third prong – “right not to be wrongfully terminated” – applies to businesses with at least 10 full-time workers. The initiative qualified for the ballot because it had the requisite number of signatures. The City Council voted to attach two advisory questions.
