Whitman County Library partners with the League of Women Voters of Pullman to aid new voters and others looking to register. Available at multiple libraries throughout the week. Oct. 17, 4-6 p.m. at Lacrosse Library, 107 S. Main St.; Oct. 18, 3-5 p.m. at Rosalia Library, 402 S. Whitman Ave.; Oct. 27, 4-6 p.m. at Albion Library, 310 N.
