‘Mother Tongue’ by Rafael Soldi
‘Mother Tongue’ by Rafael Soldi examines how queerness and masculinity intersect with immigration, memory and loss. Soldi uses various methods to create works including the nineteenth-century technique of photogravure and the contemporary photo booth. This exhibition includes works from three interconnected series from the last five years. In the 136 Art Building. Gallery is open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Through Jan. 31.
