Dementia Legal Planning Assistance
The Pro Bono Council provides help to get documents, such as power of attorney and advance directive, in place for those with memory loss, dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Attorneys provide an informational session about the various legal documents that may apply to your situation and how the Pro Bono Council may be able to help.
