Sushi Class: Cut and Roll
Chef Isaac leads the class in making three different kinds of sushi: nigiri, hosomaki and uramaki. Nigiri is hand pressed sushi with the toppings laid on top. Hosomaki are traditional rolls and Uramaki are specialty rolls.
