“Spring Awakening”

A special collaboration of Gonzaga theatre, dance and the department of music. Based on the 1891 play by Frank Wedekind this coming-of-age rock musical with book and lyrics by Steven Sater and music by Duncan Sheik follows a group of teenagers as they navigate their way to adulthood while the adults in their lives turn a blind eye to their desire and desperate need for knowledge and compassion. Shows Nov. 16-19.
