Friday Musical
The four cellists include Helen Byrne, Louise Butler, Roberta Bottelli and Amy Browse. Their program includes music by JS Bach, Claude Debussy, Alves, Klengel, Godard and The Ink Spots. The duo of James and Nancy Schoepflin, clarinet and piano will perform Time Pieces (1984) by Robert Muczynski, a Polish-American composer who died in 2010. Jill Cathey teaches oboe at North Idaho College and also plays saxophone, and for this occasion, the euphonium. The rest of the group includes Jim Cathey and Robin Gregory, trumpet; Bruce Brummett, horn; and Leonard Byrne, tuba.
