Two Cooks With Love May Cooking Classes
May 16, Hashimoto’s: Roxane will make prosciutto avocado roll-ups, baked kale chips and dip, baked garlic and ginger chicken in portobello, shrimp and pineapple with ginger, apple crumble, three cocktails and more. Red and white wine, kombucha, herbal tea and coffee will be available. Cost is $30 and class begins at 5:45 p.m. May 18, Cinco de Mayo: Recipes include homemade salsa, seven-layer taco dip, fish tacos with guacamole and cabbage slaw, jicama, orange and cucumber salad, corn bread tamale pie, carnitas, huevos rancheros and sweet potato cakes. Enjoy wine, Mexican beer and a selection of three cocktails. This is a hands on course and samples of all food and drink will be available. Cost is $45 and class begins at 5:45 p.m. Participants in the May 18 class must be 21 or older. Take $10 off if you take both classes. Please reserve your spot by calling (509) 939-4527.
