Oriental Cuisine
Traditional Oriental recipes starting the evening with “Ginger & beef Asian lettuce wraps” and “Chinese chicken wingettes” served with a “Thai basil Sangria,” beer and wine. During the class, you will enjoy recipes like “Mongolian stir-fry,” “Thai shrimp & coconut soup,” “Singapore noodles” and “Chinese chow mein.” Also preparing traditional recipes “Sticky orange chicken,” “Egg foo young,” “Sesame chicken pot stickers,” and for dessert, “Ginger date wontons.” A cocktail selection will consist of a “Lotus flower”, a “Singapore sling”, and a “Green tea martini.” This will be a hands-on course, so bring your aprons. Samples of all drinks and foods created will be available for your enjoyment.
