International Day of Yoga
To celebrate The International Day of Yoga, community members are invited to “Class and a Glass,” wine and yoga at the Colfax Library. Cost is just $15 with refreshments served, including spirits for those over 21 years of age. Instructor Suzy McNeilly, RYT200 certified will guide participants through Yin Yoga poses that release tight fascia, hamstrings, hips and backs while providing a much needed tonic of wine and chocolates to further relax and sooth the soul.
