Blanchard Community Center Cooking Classes
July 19: Around the World Summer Treats. The menu includes: authentic Greek salad, Indonesian grilled chicken breast with tamarind, coconut and peanut sauce and apple and prune kuchen with Kirschwasser cherry. Aug. 16: Island Paradise Cookery from Cuba to Hawaii. The menu includes: Aruba cold spicy shrip with coconut frost soup, Kahlua Pua roast pork, and Cuban pork with rice, chilis, fish and garlic.
