Two Cooks With Love Cooking Classes

July 12: Kombucha & Kefir class. Learn to make homemade kombucha and how to make dips and recipes with homemade kefir. Recipes include brined kombucha roasted chicken with herb butter, roasted beet and walnut salad with kombucha vinaigrette, lemon kefir soup and grilled salmon with spiced citrus kefir sauce. Enjoy wine, kombucha, tea and coffee while you cook. Class price is $30. July 13: Brazilian food class. The class will be hosted in the backyard in teh shade. Recipes include grilled white cheese with oregano oil, grilled roast with onion marinade and chimichurri sauce, pork kabobs with blistered chile pumpkin salsa and a Brazilian fish stew. This is a hands-on class, please bring an apron. Participants will sample all food and drinks, including cocktails. Class price is $45. Participants must be 21 or over for the July 13 class. Both classes start at 5:45 p.m. Take both classes and receive a $10 discount. Please reserve your spot by calling (509) 939-4527.
