Know Barley, Know Beer
We will be learning about new malting barleys that Washington State University is working on, and then we’ll tour two breweries in Moscow, one which will have a beer made with 100% Palouse Pint malt, Moscow Brewing Company! Organized by WSU’s Sustainable Seed Systems Lab.
