Valleyfest Duathlon
Join us for our second annual timed Duathlon. The course consists of a 5K and 10K run along the Spokane River, followed by an 11-mile bike ride through the neighborhoods of Spokane Valley, and ends with the same 5k loop on the Centennial Trail. All transitions take place at Plantes Ferry Sports Complex West Picnic Shelter area. Athletes can participate individually or participate with friends as a team!
